What is the minimum number of seats?

10 seats. There is no maximum. Pricing scales with volume — the more seats, the lower the per-seat cost.

Can we use our own question banks?

Yes. You can upload your own competency frameworks, role-specific questions, or internal interview formats. These sit alongside the Applyo question library and can be assigned to specific user groups.

How does billing work?

Enterprise plans are billed annually via invoice. We support purchase orders, BACs, and custom payment terms aligned to your procurement process. No credit card required.

Is there an API?

Yes. We offer a REST API for user provisioning, session data export, and score retrieval. Documentation is provided during onboarding. Webhooks are available for real-time event notifications.

How long does setup take?

Typically 3–5 working days from agreement to live. Custom SSO integrations or bespoke question banks may take slightly longer — we will give you a timeline during the scoping call.

Where is our data stored?

Primary database is hosted in the EU (Supabase EU-North-1, Stockholm). Website and application are served via Vercel's edge network. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Can we white-label the platform?

Yes. Your logo, brand colours, and a dedicated subdomain (e.g. acme.applyo.co.uk). Users see your organisation — not ours. This is included in all enterprise plans.
